BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ghat the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated May 15, 2006,
c -irk -the amount of $300 . 00, in conjunction with settlement of
Nazplation of tobacco laws, by and between Sycamore Convenience,
Sycamore Street, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
owa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
