BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tat the agreement dated May 15 , 2006 , to lease city property
#emerally located north of Shaulis Road between Prescott' s Creek
Southland Park at a cost of $100 . 00 per year to be used for
sa-ling purposes, by and between Wendell Lupkes of Waterloo, Iowa
axci the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
1iiiproved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2006 .
