DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY

- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated May 15 , 2006, to provide fuel and
�' Vehicle maintenance to Black Hawk County Health Department, by
c and between Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors and the City
7 off Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Malltor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.,
