RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
- WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND
— NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF SUMMERLAND FARMS FIRST
ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
y .T WHEREAS, on this 15th day of May, 2006, at a regular meeting
:the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat
-o ''Summerland Farms First Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
owa was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to

WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

i t Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
1` by approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2006 .
