s C BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 15, 2006, in the amount of
42:6, 187 . 00 for lead abatement at 817 Wellington Street using
18, 187 . 00 G.O. Bond funding and $8, 000 . 00 Lead Grant funding to
assist in the repair of the property, by and between Daniels Home
TIa-ovement and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
q eby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
c� -behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
