R.:SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• -that lights be installed at the following locations :
1 . One 100-watt high pressure sodium street light on
fiberglass decorate pole on the southwest corner of
µ ` William Drive and Crusade Drive
2 . One 100-watt high pressure sodium street light on
fiberglass decorate pole on the on the northeast corner of
William Drive and Luxley Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2006 .
