RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
C REHABILITATION OF RUNWAY 12-30 AT THE

N c WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Airport
Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
' tract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
zobstruction of Rehabilitation of Runway 12-30 at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in

tIth specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Airport Director has filed said plans,
Ap cifications, form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
— NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
:WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
el . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
