-. WHEREAS, Michael and Colette Shull are having a backyard
grajduation party at 81 Lafayette Street, including a karaoke

7 t$ Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and

WHEREAS, said Michael and Colette Shull have made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3Q9-4, on June 3, 2006, from 5 : 00 p.m. to 10: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W4TERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Michael and Colette Shull for
a variance to Ordinance No.. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction
with a backyard graduation party at 81 Lafayette Street, on June
3 2006, from 5 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby
gxanted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2006.
