i SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
ti CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
s s CONVENTION CENTER MECHANICAL UPGRADE, PHASE
II .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
YLere*ofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
m specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan
Btot1ers Convention Center Mechanical Upgrade, Phase II, in the

chid file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of

—WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 22,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Mechanical Upgrade, Phase II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22" day of May, 2006.
