RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR

o — BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :

s WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in
Ole Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,

f p.m. , on the 22 day of May, 2006, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon the Amendment of the current
budget for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending June
'-‘; T0, 2006, by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure
alppropriations .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
6ITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Amendment of the current budget
