U RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ASSESSING PENALTY
OF SECOND VIOLATION FOR THE NEW STAR MART,
1415 LOGAN AVENUE, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID ORDER BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
