OF FIRST VIOLATION FOR NEW STAR LIQUOR, 1309
LAFAYETTE STREET, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID ORDER BY MAYOR.

v ? BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• tthe order assessing penalty of first violation dated May 22,
OO6, in the amount of $300 . 00, in conjunction with First
Violation of Iowa Code 453A. 2 (1) selling, giving, or otherwise
T supplying any tobacco, tobacco products or cigarettes to any
meson under eighteen years of age for New Star Liquor, 1309
layette Street, Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
iproved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
