RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ASPRO,
c INC. AND ITS SUBSIDIARY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR
F.Y. 2006 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT
NO. 706, IN THE AMOUNT OF $5, 032, 463. 60 .
s s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Aspro, Inc. and Its Subsidiary of Waterloo,
c Iaw4 in the amount of $5, 032, 463. 60, for the construction of the
2006 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 706, described in
the Mans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
fcie.tH' said project, after public hearing on published notice
re9u±red by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lio04-St bid received for said work.

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
oosatact with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
