RESOLUTION APPROVING AUTOMOBILE LEASE
73" > AGREEMENT WITH C & S CAR COMPANY AND
H v r. DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the one-year Automobile Lease Agreement dated May 22, 2006,
Ica provide a 2006 Hyundai Entourage van to be used by the School
' e�ource Officer Program at the Police Department, at no cost to
the City, by and between C & S Car Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
4 ard the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
eity of Waterloo, Iowa .
