TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 22, 2006, at a
c,o` t not to exceed $40, 000 . 00, in conjunction with Park Avenue
$'ridge Conceptual Design and public involvement services, by and
c kween Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
W,Ierloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
4uthorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
