? � WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
liepetofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
7 o -'the Rehabilitation of Runway 12-30 at the Waterloo Regional
, i-rgart, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
71 WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
lzi , specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
EEibilitation of Runway 12-30 at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
• which were preliminarily approved on May 15, 2006, and
Q ` n WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 5,
,0-06 and no objections were made.
ti NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
,contract, etc. , for the Rehabilitation of Runway 12-30 at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
The same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2006.
