RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
H REHABILITATION OF RUNWAY 12-30 AT THE
s ^s : WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
s H a WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-461, plans, specifications,
etcq::, for the Rehabilitation of Runway 12-30 at the Waterloo
Re-gonal Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by tatute.
4c ~ c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
iso ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
b 'aonstructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
-- That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2006.
