RE JLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
-r r COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH PARKING LOT
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
s AIRPORT.
• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
c prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
7 :or=the Parking Lot Control System. for the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Parking
host`-control System for the Waterloo Regional Airport, which were
preliminarily approved on May 22, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 5,
2006-, and no objections were made.
A _ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Parking Lot Control System for the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2006.
