RESOLUTION NO. 2006-465
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
v COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH U. S. 20 AND
IOWA 21 RAMPS TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION, STP-U-
s = 8155 (675)-27-07 .
^ -WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
s -City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the U. S . 20 and Iowa 21 Ramps Traffic
S q aiization, STP-U-8155 (675)-27-07, in the City of Waterloo,

WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the U. S . 20 and Iowa 21 Ramps Traffic Signalization, STP-U-
8155 ( 675)-27-07, which were preliminarily approved on May 22,
2fr0=6, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 5,
20O6;and no objections were made .
' `-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
conk Tact, etc. , for the U. S . 20 and Iowa 21 Ramps Traffic
Signalization, STP-U-8155 ( 675)-27-07, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2006.
