• s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of KWS, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the amount
ef- -$559, 864 . 70, for the construction of the F.Y. 2006 San Marnan
4 -Derive Traffic Improvements - Phase III, Contract No. 702,
'7 ribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this- Council for said project, after public hearing on published
riot ce required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
-the-lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
,pnt'ract with the said contractor for the construction of said
iiovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
-aoved by this Council .
