• - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOW ,:
c a .. That the bid of Johnson Controls, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa,
7 it the amount of $275, 951 . 00, for the Five Sullivan Brothers
Cativention Center Mechanical Upgrade, Phase II, described in the
slans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
taid project, after public hearing on published notice required by
w," be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
on-tract with the said contractor for the construction of said
` afovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
-- gproved by this Council .
