that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated June 5, 2006, to the
c Contact for Engineering Services, in conjunction with F. Y. 2006

G 70 by and between Kirkham, Michael and Associates of Urbandale,
- I and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
a paved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
