BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Bona funding and $2, 312 . 00 Lead Grant funding to assist in the
repair of the property, by and between ToJo Construction of
Wai rloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
cc, herby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
blf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
