J „ t c2 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• t?hlt the order assessing penalty of first violation dated June
- 2, 2006, in the amount of $300 . 00, in conjunction with First
V,i,olation of Iowa Code 453A. 2 (1) selling, giving, or otherwise
7 supplying any tobacco, tobacco products or cigarettes to any
pekson under eighteen years of age for A & S Petroleum, 127
efferson Street, Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
pf the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 2006.
