K RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HARVEST
= J VINEYARD CHURCH AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF

s H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thaw the Agreement dated June 12, 2006, to lease a portion of
140-4 Sycamc:re Street for a period of thirty days with automatic
extensions for thirty days at a cost of $300 . 00 per month

Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
