c72 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH H.W.
GROUT TRUST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that.. the Agreement dated June 12, 2006, setting out the terms of
a= cant from the City of Waterloo, in the amount of $880, 000 . 00,
a =4Dart of the Vision Iowa Grant Award Agreement to be used for
the Sullivan Brothers Veterans Museum and Research Center, by and
between H.W. Grout Trust, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 2006 .
