• epOoifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
c Rn chase of Two (2) 2006 4x4 Compact Extended Cab Pickup Trucks,
7 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
• specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, . form of contract, etc. , and the
ffQ ncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
aMe.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 2006 .
