s RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF TROY WILLIAMS
rrin FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
v NO. 3094 .

s WHEREAS, Troy Williams is requesting a variance to the Noise
Ordinance on June 24, 2006 from 2 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. in
(.1 conjunction with an event to be held at Lincoln Park, including
c bands and a PA system, and

WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Troy Williams has made formal application for a
ariance effective June 24, 2006 from 2 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATERL00, IOWA that the request of Troy Williams for a variance to
Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on June 24, 2006 from 2 : 00
p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with an event to be held at
incoln Park, including bands and a PA system, be and the same
reby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2006.
