WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
her-eofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
,5a d_-=City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two (2) 2006 4x4 Compact
�� E girded Cab Pickup Trucks, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
pe,;ltminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
fin the Purchase of Two (2) 2006 4x4 Compact Extended Cab Pickup
T4' 4s, which were preliminarily approved on June 12, 2006, and

--WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 19,
? f67 and no objections were made.
—NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
w rE1L00, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two (2) 2006 4x4
compact Extended Cab Pickup Trucks, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2006.
