CHEVROLET OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR PURCHASE OF
TWO (2) 2006 4X4 COMPACT EXTENDED CAB PICKUP
TRUCKS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $37, 470 . 00 .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Rydell Chevrolet of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $37, 470 . 00, for Purchase of Two (2) 2006 4x4 Compact
Extended Cab . Pickup Trucks, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
purchase.
