BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
alit the twenty-five year Lease Agreement dated June 19, 2006,

Io4levard to allow for expansion of parking area, by and between
Iowa National Guard of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
