RESOLUTION NO. 2006-534
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DORIS AND GERALD BOOGREN AND DIRECTING
< 5 EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
to the Encroachment Agreement dated June 19, 2006 to allow for
an" existing retaining wall within the street right-of-way
actiacent to 104 Four Seasons Drive, legally described as follows :
A part of Lots Nos . 4 and 5 in "Cliffdale Heights" in
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
s Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 4;
thence North along the West line of Lot No. 4 a
distance of 70 feet; thence East at right angles to a
point that is 10 feet East of the East line of said Lot No. 4; thence South along a line that is parallel to
the East line of said Lot No. 4 to the Northerly line
of Whitney Road now known as Rainbow Drive; thence
Northeasterly to the point of beginning,

City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
bi, and between Doris and Gerald Boogren of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby a
