j UNPAID GARBAGE AND SEWER FEES IN THE CITY OF
n J WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384 . 84 (3) allows municipalities
certify unpaid garbage and sewage fees to the benefited
ArTOperty as a lien.

J NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
tereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer unpaid garbage and sewage fees as contained in the attached
chedule now on file in the City Clerk' s office.
