WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
3, Yt-00'S, and no objections were made.
tro NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Purchase of Ambulance Box With
Related Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
