• conjunction with F.Y. 2005 Winn Street Extension, Contract No.
cA 65-2, by and between Schenk Engineering Company of Waterloo, Iowa,
and'.-' the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
rJ approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of, the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
