WHEREAS, the permanent easement agreements of the hereinafter
El described parcels are for property generally located just off
0 Prospect Boulevard to be used to alleviate storm sewer drainage
ti p. blems.

o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C FTY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the permanent easement agreements
c fir the parcels hereinafter described, all of which are situated
irk- the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted
, and approved.

That part of Lot 94 Prospect Place lying Northerly of a
line drawn from a point on the West line of said lotthat is 40 feet Southwesterly (as measured along said
lot line) of the Northwest corner of said lot to a
F point on the Easterly line of said lot that is 35 feet
Southerly (as measured along said lot line) of the
e' Northeast corner of said lot, and Southerly of a line
drawn from a point on the West lot line that is 35 feet
' Southwesterly (as measured along said lot line) of the
Northwest corner of said lot to a point on the Easterly
line of said lot that is 30 feet Southerly (as measured
