c -1 E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that• t.he Air Service Agreement, which required the city to pay up
;o 900, 000 . 00 if airline revenue targets were not met, by and
between Northwest Airlines (NWA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby terminated by mutual agreement by both
parties .
