NO. 3094 .

s % WHEREAS, Randall Fencl, 334 Carrington Avenue, is having a
li�zae band performing at a wedding reception to be held at 334
o Carrington Avenue, and

WHEREAS, said wedding reception will exceed the limits of the
c No Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
' WHEREAS, said Randall Fencl has made formal application for a
c^ variance on May 28, 2005 from 6: 00 p.m. until 11: 00 p.m.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Randall Fencl, 334 Carrington
Avenue, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in
conjunction with having a live , band performing at a wedding
reception on May 28, 2005 from 6: 00 p.m. until 11 : 00 p.m. and not
t q,exceed 80 dbA, be and the same hereby granted.
