'l n c WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ghe tofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
cqtnistrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
+spedifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Men' s Police
o ker Room Remodel, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

- WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
didfile said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
gontract, etc. , for the Men' s Police Locker Room Remodel, which
gece preliminarily approved on December 13, 2004, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
2005 .

co NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'ERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Men' s Police Locker Room Remodel, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2005.
