ocv NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C ' ` OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Summerland Farms,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are
hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their
signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2005.
