S �:'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 18, 2005, at a cost of
0$3O, 500 . 00, to design and oversee construction of the Youth
'PaViion addition to the Waterloo Center for the Arts, with a
cAtota=1 project cost of $4, 409, 700 . 00, by and between Invision
Ar -itecture of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
rubed the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
wexete the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
