s s RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING EASEMENT
n o AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

< WHEREAS, the easement agreement of the hereinafter described
p Ols are for construction, maintenance and repair of one

- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
c C 1' OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the easement agreement for the
ti parcels hereinafter described, all of which are situated in the
w Citr of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and
°yap-proved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
tc + eecute the same in behalf of the City.

FPermanent Easement
The Northeasterly 20 feet in even width of a part of
Lot 13 of Hallocks Plat of Outlots in the South part of
the West of the Southwest 141 of Section 25 Township 89
Range 13 described as follows : Commencing at a point
on the Southerly line of Washington Street that is 67
feet Southeasterly of the Northerly corner of Lot 13,
thence Southeasterly along the Southerly line of
Washington Street 67 feet thence at right angles
Southwesterly 140 feet, thence Northwesterly along a
line that is parallel with the Southerly line of
Washington Street 67 feet, thence at right angles
Northeasterly 140 feet to place of beginning, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Temporary Easement
A part of Lot 13 of Hallocks Plat of Outlots in the
