4-i bin 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa

epk�-rat considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and

F.,B F7jl'j4e_100 block of Madison Street, to Daniel Wolf, and legally

The North-South ten foot (10' ) alley as platted in
Block 3 Hillside Addition that lies North of the North
line of Madison Street and South of the line drawn from
the Northeast corner of Lot 8 Block 3 said addition to
the Northwest corner of Lot 7 Block 3 said addition;
subject to the city' s retention of a permanent utility
easement over, under, and above the above described
parcel, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
for $230 . 40, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2005 .
