ti DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY

H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o -LW: the application dated January 24, 2005 for a Resource
• Erhi icement and Protection/Historical Resource Development Program
(REAP/HRDP) grant in the amount of $25, 000. 00, with city match of
25, yercent cash and 25 percent in-kind, to be used to develop a
r) Comsrehensive Historic Preservation Plan, by and between the State
,v Histbrical Society of Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the =same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
