o WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

pre minarily approved on January 18, 2005, and
"WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
7, 2005 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing,
Contract No. 693, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2005 .
