SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
• proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F. Y. 2005 Prospect Boulevard Alley and Rush Street Storm Sewer
c Improvements, Contract No. 694, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005
Prospect Boulevard Alley and Rush Street Storm Sewer
Improvements, Contract No. 694, which were preliminarily approved
on January 24, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
7, 2005 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Prospect Boulevard Alley and
Rush Street Storm Sewer Improvements, Contract No. 694, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2005 .
