Program- as administered by the Federal Emergency Management
Agency "and the Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management; and
WHEREAS, the PDM-C application will best address the needs
of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows :
1 . The Mayor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa is directed to
sign the attached Memorandum of Understanding with
INRCOG for the preparation of a 2005 PDM-C grant
application.
2 . The Mayor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa is authorized
to assign Users Roles and Responsibilities for
preparation of the grant application as required by the
PDM-C program.
3 . The Mayor is hereby designated as the official
representative of the City and is further hereby
directed and authorized to affix his signature to said
application and certain assurances in conjunction with
same.
