E t� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o that the Agreement dated February 7, 2005, to use the buildings,
,-gounds and equipment at Veterans Memorial Hall in case of an

emergency or disaster, by and between American Red Cross Hawkeye
• `.£hapter and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
