RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
A" c r. FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR
o7 MEN'S LOCKER ROOM REMODEL/LOCKERS.
Of< ' - WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
ficial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
s'petifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc: , for the Men' s Locker Room Remodel/Lockers, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the plans, and

c 1 WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract and preliminary
est4mate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
px.eaiminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2005 .
