COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2005
GARDEN AREA RELIEF SANITARY SEWER, CONTRACT
NO. 684 .

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
o heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
propo;sed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
o FLY. 2005 Garden Area Relief Sanitary Sewer, Contract No. 684 , in
c the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

CA -WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
s ecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Garden
Aeea Relief Sanitary Sewer, Contract No. 684, which were
preliminarily approved on January 24, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
14, 2005 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2005 Garden Area Relief Sanitary
Sewer, Contract No. 684, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2005 .
